Shipping:


All of our malas and bracelets are made to order and will be shipped out within 3 days from date of purchase. Upon shipment you will receive an email notification which will include your tracking number. Once the tracking number has been issued Zen Dreamer is no longer responsible for the completion of delivery and it will be up to the customer to handle any shipping related issues directly with Canada Post. While we do not guarantee an exact delivery date please allow 2-7 business days for delivery. At this time we offer expedited Canada Post shipping within Canada at a flat rate of $5 and expedited Canada Post shipping to USA at a flat rate of $12. Return/Exchanges:


All of our products are hand crafted and made to order therefore we do not allow returns. However, once you have received your order, if for any reason it does not meet your expectations please contact us within 2-3 business days via email so we can do our very best to ensure you end up completely happy with your purchase. On rare occasions exchanges are considered and are at our discretion on a case by case basis. If we deem an exchange is needed we kindly ask that the piece is returned with all original tags and packaging. All shipping costs related to the exchange are the responsibility of the customer and must include a tracking number. Zen Dreamer is not responsible for any items that have been lost in the mail during the exchange process.

Repairs:

 

Please contact us if your mala or bracelet breaks within 60 days of your purchase so we can arrange shipping for repair. We are happy to repair your piece for you for a small fee of $25.
